Meditation and mindfulness are practices that can be used to reduce and gain new perspectives regarding stress and stressful situations. They help increase self-awareness, manage stress, stay present and focused, reduces negative emotions, and increase imagination and creativity. We all know the benefits of practicing meditation and mindfulness however, we do not always have the time or inclination to follow a practice.


Research has shown that listening to music at varying frequencies reduces stress by decreasing stress inducing chemicals within the body.
